WoW Forever Class finder

The free WoW Forever class finder uses 10 answers to suggest up to 3 classes for your role and play style. Required role, pet preference and faction-specific Skyborne choices filter the results. Review the tradeoffs, change answers and save or share your shortlist.

How do I use WoW Forever Class finder?

  1. Choose a role first. It is a hard requirement: a class without that role is not recommended for it.
  2. Describe the activity and management you enjoy. Preferences influence fit rather than inventing damage scores.
  3. Choose your faction and whether Skyborne is required. Its two faction variants have different legal class lists.
  4. Review up to three suggestions, their tradeoffs and a suitable role. Return to change answers without losing the rest.
  5. Save the result or share a result link, then open the class guide or talent planner.

Worked example

A player who requires healing, no permanent pet and Alliance Skyborne receives only classes satisfying all three constraints. Change faction before relaxing a preference; an empty or short result is meaningful.

Is this tool free and do I need an account?
Free and unlimited use; current price $0. No account is required.
What can I export?
Export a PNG result with class, specialization, role, activity and reference build, or copy a result link. The visible Forever Forge credit identifies the tool used.
What are the limits?
Answer 10 questions. Results contain up to 3 valid classes; required role, faction-specific Skyborne and pet exclusions can leave fewer results.

Fit is different from strength

A pet, a form switch or a totem can be useful and still be something you do not want to manage. This finder uses explicit preferences and editorial traits. It does not measure your skill, predict a win rate or claim a percentage match with scientific precision. Read the explanation next to a candidate rather than only its order.

Use the shortlist to make the final choice

Compare two results for the same activity. Look at what each class asks you to do during an ordinary pull, how it recovers from mistakes and what it brings when friends join. The class guide gives concrete starting priorities, while the talent planner lets you inspect the abilities that would change your routine.

Common questions

Is this tool free and do I need an account?

What can I export?

Export a PNG result with class, specialization, role, activity and reference build, or copy a result link. The visible Forever Forge credit identifies the tool used.

Answer 10 questions. Results contain up to 3 valid classes; required role, faction-specific Skyborne and pet exclusions can leave fewer results.

Does opening or saving a shared copy replace my work?

A shared result keeps its own answers. Saving a named draft adds a snapshot; returning to the ordinary URL restores your own saved answers.

Where is my work saved?

Runs in your browser. Drafts stay on this device; a shared link exposes the game choices encoded in it.

How do I use it on a phone?

Use normal taps and keyboard focus. Select a card and then its row in the maker. In the talent planner, the visible + and − controls inspect add/refund conditions.

Which data version does the tool use?

The reference is build 1.60.1.70755, generated November 3, 2026. Links carry that version. Known Riptide and Oath of Light source conflicts are annotated in the relevant planner.

What should I do if a link cannot be loaded?

Keep the current browser draft. Check the full link and reference build, then ask the sender for a new link from the same dataset. An invalid link is rejected instead of silently replacing valid local work.
